Press Centre of the 14th Kazan Muslim Film Festival Starts its Work on September 4

Tomorrow, on September 4, the press-centre of the 14th Kazan Muslim Film Festival starts its work.
This year, the press centre is located on the second floor of the Riviera Hotel close to the main venue of the festival at Almaz Cinema Port" (Riviera Cultural and Entertainment Complex).
As always, the press centre is equipped with all the required necessities for journalists, including snacks, hot tea and coffee.
The press centre will be open daily from 4 to 10 September 2018 with the following working hours:
4 September: 10.00 - 16.00
5 September: 10.00 - 20.00
6 September: 10.00 - 20.00
7 September: 10.00 - 20.00
8 September: 10.00- 20.00
9 September: 10.00 - 20.00
10 September: 10.00 - 16.00
The plan of press-events of the 14th Kazan Muslim Film Festival for September 4 (Tuesday):
11.00 (The Kazan Kremlin, Manege) – the opening ceremony of the International Film Festivals Directors
11.00 (Mir Cinema) – the opening ceremony of the Days of Japanese Films within the framework of the Year of Japan in Russia)
12.00 (Riviera, Hall 1) - a meeting with a Russian artist Irina Alferova
14.20 (Riviera, Hall 3) - the opening ceremony of the out-of-competition programme on the Retrospective of the films inspired by the works by Chingiz Aytmatov with Assol Moldokmatova (a Kyrgyz actress and TV presenter) .
17.00 (Pyramida Complex) – Red Carpet
18.30 (Pyramida Complex) – Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony will be attended by the political authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, honoured guests and participants of the festival. The festival will be opened by a mufti Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin.
